The service is active from 9 to 20 for baggage pick-up and from 11 to 21 for their delivery.
While reserving, you will be asked to indicate a pick-up time (the time from which the bag will be ready to be picked up by Weitless operators at the facility) and a delivery time (when you would like the bag to be delivered to the destination).
for last minute reservations made the same day, at least4 hours are required between pick-up and drop-off.
For reservations made up until the day before, at least 2 hours are required between pick-up and drop-off.
The customer must be available to receive the delivery at the time agreed upon when the reservation is made.
The Exclusive service provides for the delivery of luggage to the platform. It is possible to book the service from our software by 7:30 pm the day before delivery.
Cancellations with a full refund are possible:
1. within 30 minutes of confirming a last minute reservation;
2. by midnight of the day before the pick-up for a preplanned reservation;
No reimbursements will be made beyond these limits.
The rates are based on the pick-up and drop-off points
RATE1:
If the baggage pick-up and drop-off points are within Zone A on the map (inside the ring roads):
€ 17 for the first bag
€ 7 for the second bag
€ 5 for the third, fourth, and fifth bags
€ 17 for the sixth bag
€ 7 for the seventh bag
€ 5 for the eighth and ninth bags
RATE2:
If the pick-up and/or drop-off points are within Zone B (outside the ring roads):
€ 22the first bag
€ 7 the second bag
€ 5 for the third, fourth, and fifth bags
€ 22 for the sixth bag
€ 7 for the seventh bag
€ 5 for the eighth and ninth bags
GROUP RATES: fixed rate, whether in Zone A or Zone B.

If the delivery date is different from the pick-up date, the daily storage rate of 10 per bag will be charged.
The Exclusive service has an additional cost of € 6 per bag.
