Contact help@weitless.com immediately and a solution will be proposed. You can request either for the operator to wait for you at the delivery point or to collect your bag from our warehouse. For detailed instructions, see point 6 of the Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you can cancel a reservation with a full refund up to 30 minutes before the reservation time for last-minute reservations (made the same day), and by midnight of the following day for reservations made previously. Enter the portal with your username and password, go to the reservation, and click on trash.

You can add one or more bags right up until the bags are collected. You can also cancel or reverse the amount of the first reservation and then make a new one with the correct specifications. If the reservation can no longer be cancelled, you can add bags (if pick-up has not already occurred) at the cost of 8 Euro per bag, to be paid by credit card to the operator upon delivery.
